Happy Belated Valentine’s Day. As you will have noticed we are sending out Archangel Raphael’s message mid-month and the regular Archangel Message is sent on the first of each month; if you are wondering why I am sending this out after Valentine’s Day. When I asked Archangel Raphael what theme he would like for this Newsletter he guided, ‘Heart Health.” We could all assume this is because it is the month of love, or for me I also could assume it is because I have a close friend experiencing complications with her cardiovascular health right now. Either way I believe the message from Sam and Archangel Raphael are worth the read.

“My children your physical experience is a key to knowing your Divine Truth. Your choice to enhance physical wellness reflects your spiritual connection. Physical empowerment is your health participation when you have opportunity to change health knowledge and action. Heart health is a core to overall well-being. WE the Divine are asking you to pay attention to your physical heart health concerning; physical function, emotional and mental states of health, and consideration on how you treat your physical body; negative or positive thoughts, percentage of stress and anxiety you allow to experience throughout your time, emotional wellbeing all play a role in your Heart Health.
My children ask for guidance to make change towards your Heart Health Awareness. Accept Divine Healing and assistance to keep motivated to be responsible of your own heart health. ASK.

Cindy’s Message for Spring 2025 One of the themes I intend to present for Inspirational Angel Day , in Calgary on May 4th, is to assist individuals in transforming worry into a focus on their personal power. For this newsletter, I have decided to channel a message regarding worry and change from Archangel Michael. Upon revisiting previous messages on this topic, I found one from June 2014. I have made some modifications to the original channeling from Archangel Michael, but the guidance remains consistent. Over the years, overcoming worry has been a personal challenge of mine. However, with the support of Archangel Michael and the inner guidance reminding me to focus on the present, I have experienced significant improvement. Given the recent universal chaos, much of which is beyond my control, I have been concentrating on maintaining a present-NOW focused mindset. This has been my practice for years; I say this statement to myself “ Where am I? ” Or I will get a gentle reminder from Archangel Michael, “ Where are you, my child? ” Look forward to seeing many of you at Inspirational Angel Day in Calgary May 4th.
