When Cindy asked me to contribute a 'Monthly Theme’ to our Newsletter, I asked what that should be? And Raphael set those tingles upon my scalp as he always does and gently prompted ’Stress. Why, do you beautiful beings, become so stressed at this time of year? Pouring all your efforts into making everything so perfect for one day? Your body was created in balance, and so it should remain, despite the time of year.’
YES! Christmas is really no different to any other time of the year, yet we allow ourselves to lose focus of the celebration and its true meaning.
Calm, peace, joy, gratitude, to name but a few, are feelings we are encouraged to own at this time of year.
For me, I adore Christmas! But it was often a very different story. It was a time of increased stress due to my more than challenging family dynamics. And indeed it is a different story for many. Maybe this is a time of being alone, grieving a loved one either through passing or divorce. Maybe family is overseas. Maybe they are facing illness. As a nurse and midwife, I often volunteered to work through Christmas, and still do, so I think of our emergency and public servants whose work continues as the world celebrates.
‘Hands on Healing’ offers us all the opportunity to find balance and harmony when we are facing stressful times. It uses ’stress language’ to talk to our adrenal glands and our neurotransmitters to allow our bodies to remain in balance. We talk to our unconscious mind and ask it to accept the situations presented to us as benign and we invoke a positive, optimistic attitude. We ask for our immune system to function optimally, fighting off the colds and flu viruses this time of year brings. We ask for optimal energy levels! Memory! And balance in our nutrition.

Cindy’s Message for Spring 2025 One of the themes I intend to present for Inspirational Angel Day , in Calgary on May 4th, is to assist individuals in transforming worry into a focus on their personal power. For this newsletter, I have decided to channel a message regarding worry and change from Archangel Michael. Upon revisiting previous messages on this topic, I found one from June 2014. I have made some modifications to the original channeling from Archangel Michael, but the guidance remains consistent. Over the years, overcoming worry has been a personal challenge of mine. However, with the support of Archangel Michael and the inner guidance reminding me to focus on the present, I have experienced significant improvement. Given the recent universal chaos, much of which is beyond my control, I have been concentrating on maintaining a present-NOW focused mindset. This has been my practice for years; I say this statement to myself “ Where am I? ” Or I will get a gentle reminder from Archangel Michael, “ Where are you, my child? ” Look forward to seeing many of you at Inspirational Angel Day in Calgary May 4th.
